All sales in EUR. currency only. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All sales at Sliides.com are subject to Danish law .
Sales to end users only
Sliides.com sells products to end-users only. Resale or redistribution of products offered on the Sliides.com website is expressly forbidden and will be prosecuted.
Refund policy
Refunds are provided not provided for downloaded products, excepting cases in which multiple copies of a single item have been erroneously purchased.
Proof of purchase Order/Invoice
A printable invoice will be emailed to your registered email address.
Payment methods
Sliides.com uses PayPal for payments transactions via credit cards or the customers PayPal account. At the time of your order, your card or payment service will be authorized and charged.
Hours of operation
Product information, pricing and sales are available online, 24 hours a day at Sliides.com. Customer Support is available via email, typically between the hours of 09.00-17.00 Central Eurepean Time Monday through Friday. We do not process webshop products orders by phone or mail.
Online order fullfillment
All orders, unless otherwise noted, are available for immediate download. At the time of checkout, we will obtain an authorization from the credit card you provide. Once your transaction is complete, downloads for each product purchased will be added to your account, which can be accessed at any time after your order. If the transmission is interrupted in any way during download. Just start over again as you will be able to download files five times from the download address.
Access to files
After purchase you will have access to your file(s) from the download link page. You will be able to download the file(s) five times without any additional intervention required. If you change computers or simply need access to your files again beyond that limit, contact customer support and we will be happy to assist you in most cases. Please be aware, however, that after downloading the file(s) you have purchased one time our obligation to you under the terms of sale is fulfilled and the courtesy of additional downloads is not a guarantee.
Electronic software downloads
Our products are electronic software downloads only and not available on other hardware media as cd, dvd or usb. For this reason we suggest you make a back up copy of your purchase immediately after download.
