Welcome to our website and our Terms and Conditions. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Copyright Notice governs Sliides´ relationship with you in relation to this website.
Technical terms
Template / Document: A standardized document that you can buy in the shop and download.

Who can purchase products?
Sliides sells products B2B globally. Outside Europe privat customers (B2C) can purchase unlimited. European customers must have a valid VAT number to purchase products.
What the customer purchases?
The Customer can download documents/templates in Microsoft PowerPoint format.
Once the customer has approved the transaction and paid for the product, the customer has obtained the right to download the document type as shown in the shopping cart and invoice to be sent by email after successful payment.
To purchase products from Sliides ApS, the customer must state name, address and an email address.
After paying the online shop will sent an invoice to the email address as proof of purchase. The invoice contains information about the purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe storage of this information.
Returns
For consumer goods withdrawal is disclaimed by the consumer.
Consumers are considered by the acceptance of Trade Terms, including the making of payments using payment cards to have given his explicit consent for renunciation of withdrawal. The consumer can thus not regret his order.
The customer receives after paying access to download the ordered document / template (in PowerPoint format) - as transmitted by e-mail.
There is no withdrawal right for corporations.
Use and Ownership
Customer has the full right to use the documents/templates purchased. The customer has permission to do the following:
> Electronically store the original documents/templates for customers own use later.
> Print the original documents/templates for their own use.
> Organisation of the original document to the given situation, and print this / these version (s).
> Customers may not assign the documents/templates to others, redistribute it on the Internet or other electronic or printed (paper-) editions without prior authorization from Sliides ApS.
The Customer has not permission to do the following:
> The customer is under no circumstances entitled to re-distribute documents and/or templates purchased at www.sliides.com
> The customer may not violate any applicable law and regulation, including, but not limited to, any copyright, trademark, patent, anti-piracy, or other intellectual property law or regulation, or encourage or enable others to violate any such law or regulation.
The customer understands and agree that Sliides ApS or any applicable licensor retains all intellectual property rights of documents/templates downloaded from www.sliides.com. Sliides ApS owns the copyrights of all material for download. This includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited and will be prosecuted.
Microsoft and PowerPoint are trademarks or registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation in the United States and/or other countries.
Privacy Policy
When the user clicks around the site, collected are statistical data. This data is completely anonymous, meaning they contain no information that can identify users, although this may be logged.
Sensitive data sent over the network is secured using SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer "). The servers that store data about our users is securely placed behind a firewall. Information is stored unencrypted on the server.
The information you provide Sliides ApS is treated in strict confidence and will be used solely in connection with billing purchases from Sliides ApS. And the sending of newsletters is only practiced if the user has actively himself subscribed to this.
As a registered user of Sliides ApS, you always have the opportunity for insight and you can raise an objection to registration under the rules of the Privacy Act in the state of Denmark.
Personal data is stored for 5 years after the last transaction with the customer. No recorded personal information is revealed in any form at any time unless it is done according to requirements of law or as otherwise required by public authorities.
Newsletters
Customers can choose to actively sign up for newsletters from Sliides ApS.
Newsletters are sent via e-mail to the e-mail address the customer has provided.
The customer can always opt out newsletters again.
Cookies
In connection with login to a cookie is installed on the computer the customer uses. This is done simply to make it easier to log on again later, and for the system to remember what the customer has the basket, while clicking around the site. A cookie is a very small text file that a Web site saves to your computer's hard disk to store information that you provide about yourself or to store your preferences. Sliides.com uses cookies whenever you sign in. These allow you to move from page to page within restricted areas of the site for a period of time without having to log in again. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us. You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website
Technical requirements of the customer's computer equipment
It is attempted to optimize the technique on the website so that it works in all major browsers (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera) and operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Linux).
The templates supplied works with Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007-2010 for Windows and PowerPoint 2008-2011 for MacOS.
Prices
All prices are in Euro (EUR.) ex VAT.
Sliides accepts payments via Nets payment services. Sliides holds the fee charged by Nets for each transaction.
Customer pays any fees provided by its own card issuer.

Limitations
Sliides ApS makes reservations for printing and pricing errors.
Sliides ApS is not responsible for the failure of or disruptions in access to the website, failure of power supply or Internet vandalism on the system (both physical as well as computer viruses and hacking), misuse of personal data or other facts and circumstances that are beyond their control.
Sliides cannot guarantee that the customer can use downloaded files on all the equipment the customer may have in his possession.
Disclaimers
Sliides ApS may in no case be liable for the use of documents/templates, including guarantees and cannot guarantee in any case for:
> A template/document meets user requirements, expectations and needs.
> That the templates/documents purchased from www.sliides.com of any kind are error free, accessible, accurate, precise, reliable, timely, secure, delivered on time or can be used for the stated purpose.
Sliides ApS and its content providers (including company lawyers) is not liable for any direct loss, consequential damages, including consequential loss, lost profits and indirect losses incurred by the client, client's customers / clients / customers or third parties suffer because of errors in a document / template or as a result of using a document / template.
Users who do not agree to the above, please discontinue any use of Sliides ApS's benefits and leave the site.
Sliides ApS are not responsible for any links to third-party sites. Sliides ApS assumes no liability for any damages to the customer following visits to third party websites or download containing any viruses.
Download (repatriation from the servers used by www.sliides.com) of documents and templates is at the user's own initiative and responsibility. Sliides ApS assumes no liability for any damages to the customer following a conducted or download containing any viruses, etc. in the files downloaded.
We recommend that the customer always verifies a document / template prior to use. And tests any document/template downloaded from www.sliides.com for viruses.
Complaints and Claims
If a file is damaged or not working, you must claim within a reasonable time. The warranty is 2 years. The right to complain about a corrupted file is limited to any initial shortcomings.
Problems caused by updates and changes performed by Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office cannot be claimed under the warranty.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Our services are fully subject to Danish law and any disputes can only be brought before the Danish courts.
If the customer is a corporation the location of the Danish jurisdiction is where Sliides ApS has its headquarters.
